I bought this watch the first time I was in Sendai (September-October 2010) and it turned out to be a dud.  I had thrown away the receipt so I couldn’t return it.. I tried to get the batteries replaced but the repairman told me that the watch isn’t running because of the batteries but because the actual movement is broken.

It wasn’t an expensive watch, I bought it in a sale for around ￥700.

I kept it just in case I can repair it for cheap in Indonesia. However, I completely forgot about it and Phil gave me a watch last Christmas  so now I longer have the need for it~

So anyway I felt it is a waste to throw away a brand new watch so I decided to give it away to anyone who is interested. I will cover the shipping anywhere in the world.

May I remind you again that this watch does not work and will need to be repaired.

I ordered a copy of Arabesque Zine after it was recommended to me by Rhiannon~

It’s such a pretty pretty zine~ 

The order actually came late and after I sent a worried email to the editor, she sent me free postcards and a zine as a gift to apologize for the lateness~

The zine is beautifully made and has lots of pretty illustrations and photography.

There’s an article that I really like, which is “A Beginner’s Introduction to Perfume”.

There are also comics and illustrated fairy tales in the zine!

All an all, it was a very enjoyable read and I do recommend this zine! 

On a random side note, yesterday night I made my very first attempt at cutting my own hair!!! 

My hair is in need of a trim and so I followed this video’s instruction and went snip snip!

I cut a whole 3 cm off my hair!! 

The result is not too bad right?

I received a sheet of Black Charcoal Chin Pack by Etude House from Yi Lin for Christmas and decided to try them today since all these chin acne started popping up.

The back of the packaging says:

Formulated with black charcoal additive to remove oil and pore deep sebum. Patch tightening pores and contains Aloe Vera to improve chin complexion.

The product contains 0.1% charcoal powder as an active ingredient.

I had no idea what it is until I opened the packaging. 

The sheet itself looks and feels like one of those nose pore strips but just shaped to fit on your chin. It fits pretty well on my face except it does crease a little. It has a soft powdery smell.

After removing it I realised that it is just like a nose pore strip. It removed the sebum from under my bottom lip pretty well!  However, I don’t think that it is a good idea to use it when you have acne because it may irritate them (although it didn’t effect mine – luckily!).

I do like the product since I get quite a lot of excess sebum under my bottom lip (yuck! ) and this product had helped remove them~ I’d like to get more to see how it is in the long term!

They’re a bit overexposed due to my camera problems…  but my room has horrible lighting anyway so it kinda cancels each other out…

I came back from Indonesia on Friday morning and of course did some shopping there (and in the other countries I visited!)

I saw the perfect sunglasses in Hanoi airport. It was a red Marc By Marc Jacobs oversized wayfarers with heart accents.. I didn’t have enough money at the time and walked out of the store to look for my mum and didn’t end up going back… I really regret it because I can’t find it anywhere online! 

Oh well..

I might wait for Rinka to release her sunnies line and see if I can get one of them instead~ hehe

They’re out on Wednesday! I can’t wait~

Just writing up a quick post. I’m in Indonesia right now for a short holiday/visiting family.

It’s super hot and muggy here but I’m glad to be away from the 40C+ week in Perth!

I can’t update photos at the moment for I found that something went wrong with my camera when i was in Vietnam last week… It keeps taking overexposed photos for some reason, even when I have it on Auto Intelligent mode… So I have to get it fixed somehow.. The downside is the whole thing is in Japanese so it’s more of a challenge to fix! Hopefully I still have warranty so I can get it fixed in Japan!

So looks like I won’t be taking good quality photos for a while..

I did go shopping yesterday and used to all my red packet money! Bought a check dress and polkadot t-shirt from Forever 21 and a few other knick knacks~

I wish I can take a photo…

I actually went back to Koko Black today and got more chocolate for Phil and his family~

I finished most of my Christmas shopping now just Phil’s parents left (I might need his help) but, my Christmas shopping for the past two days ended up with some personal shopping too.. 

Yesterday I bought lace shorts from Forever New (for Chinese New Year!), sunscreen, body brush, hair mask, book light and Walt Disney Vintage Collection Volume 2~

Today I bought shampoo and conditioner (the ones I tried before), Walt Disney Vintage Collection Volume 1 (didn’t see it yesterday) and a super cool laptop sleeve!

Ok enough shopping for myself! 

Did I mention? Phil’s coming back tomorrow?!! I’m so excited!  He’s only here for 3 weeks though but I’ll see him in Japan next year~ And all my friends in Sendai and Natori too! 

Ok now back to cleaning!

It’s a flower hair tie!! So pretty~~  How did she know that I was eyeing them when we were out on our girl’s date last trip but I was broke by that time so never bought anything~  We tried on matching dresses by Carolina Glaser and got many compliments from the shop keeper! Fun times fun times
